Any legal action against the Company related to these Terms or your use of the Website must be filed and take place in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.   By using the site or purchasing any product, you agree to first let us know by email at hello@cleversupply.co of any complaints or claims of breach of these Terms; if we cannot settle such issues or claims, then the exclusive jurisdiction for litigation shall be the state or federal courts located in Louisville, Kentucky. 
  10. Enforceability. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. 
  11. Modification. Clever Supply may alter these Terms or the Privacy Policy as it deems fit and at its sole discretion. The then-current Terms applicable during the time of your use or purchase will be the controlling terms for any dispute.

We retain your shipping details and order history to enable us to provide you with future customer services like returns and warranty replacements. 
    2. PAYMENT INFORMATION. Our main credit card processor is managed through ShopPay which is part of Shopify. Additionally, we utilize accelerated payments like ApplePay, GooglePay and Paypal via ShopPay. We do not retain your credit card information in our system. Your data is only used once to capture the funds necessary to fulfill your order.
    3. IP ADDRESS. Our website serves a global audience with varying needs. Your IP address tells us where in the world you are located. When you come to cleversupply.co, we track your IP address to personalize your shopping experience. This includes showing you prices in your local currency and showing you shipping and tax information specific to your country. This tracking is critical to the functionality of our website and is considered strictly necessary.
    4. DIGITAL ADVERTISING & RETARGETING. We use a few different digital marketing services to create and display online ads for our products. As you browse the Website, these services use cookies to remember what products you viewed and clicked on.
