Shipping & Handling 

Due to a large part of our business being made to order, you can expect a short lead time for us to make and prepare your order. For current lead times please refer to our top bar for most to up to date times. You will receive a confirmation email of your order automatically after purchase and another email to confirm tracking information once it has been shipped.   

Worldwide Shipping

All domestic orders ship USPS Priority with tracking. International orders ship USPS First Class International with tracking. Expedited services are available as well.

Taxes and Duties

For shipments outside of the United States, the customs office (or other authorities) in the sending and/or destination country may separately apply import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges to your order. Customers are solely responsible for payment of these duties, fees, taxes and charges. 

Quality Guarantee 

We strive to make goods of the highest quality, products that will stand the test of time and that you'll be able to pass down to your kids one day. We stand behind the craftsmanship of each piece we full-fill, if something is off with a product we've made, we'll gladly fix it.

Handmade Process and Accuracy

Our camera straps are handmade and hand-stitched, the leather cutting process involved a variety of hand-tools, and due to this process the precision and accuracy may have variance when it comes to length, width and other details of the specified products.  

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Clever Supply Co. leather good, or we've made a mistake you can return it for an exchange or refund provided it is returned to us within 14 Days of receiving your order. Orders need to be returned new with original tags. All sales final on international orders due to customs issues returning.

Items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original label tags provided. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 

Returns or exchanges are only accepted from customers within the United States. All sales to other continents are FINAL, except in the case of defects of the product.
