Minimal Camera Strap (Split Ring)

Quality of the leather is very good. The split ring, however, is very tightly held by the leather which makes it impossible to open the ring wide enough to attach to the camera. Had to buy a fastener which was a bit annoying. But the strap itself looks and feels great.

I have quilte a nummer of camera straks. The Minimal Camera Strap from Clever Supply Co., is one of the best straps I have ever used - it’s simple and “minimal”, It’s sort as already worn in, the customized fit, that I ordered is excactly what fits me - and it does that perfcectly. I looks handsome on the camera, so I wanna Pick it up all the time and go shoot.The split rings are correctly sidde in order not to touch the camera body, even though I ude the bumpers. Can’t recommend this strap enough.

Yes, it's a very reliable and beautiful strap, I would give it 5/5.

Of course, similar to what most people think, if the split ring could be slightly improved/tweaked, it would better enhance the user experience.

So close to perfection, I could almost give 5 stars, but I am holding to 4 because of two things: split ring choice not to my liking, and the stitching feels a little loosely done. The upcharge for it led me to expect it to be perfect. I have loose ends coming out the back and I don't feel 100% confident it will not come unraveled some day. But the leather is SO nice and the nice Clever stamp really adds a nice detail, I have it permanently attached to my favorite travel camera. It's a Fuji X100V so I am not worried about the remote possibility it might come loose. Would I use it on my Leica? Nope. Therefore, 4/5 stars.

I have 3 camera straps from clever supply and its for one reason alone! They are the best straps ive put on any of my cameras. I have a 40” for my Fujifilm X100V and a 50” for my Pentax K1000 and another 40” that i swap onto my various other film cameras. They look great with any style camera, the build quality is top notch, and they get softer and more comfortable the more you use them. Definitely the only straps ill be using for years to come!

The best strap for any compact camera, like Fuji X series or similar. No metal clasps, not even buttons, just leather and stitching. And at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend it.

The quality of the leather feels great and I love the minimal design. I much prefer this version over the one with peak design anchors as I find I don’t often remove my strap and the anchors make the sides feel bulkier. 40” works perfect for my needs on an xpro3. The chestnut colour looks like it will age very nicely. I’m very happy with this strap!

I became a huge fan of this brand. Especially, I love the colour of leather. Very subtle tone and well mathed with my black cameras. Recently I bought the shortest version with English tan. 36inch might be shorter than I thought. Good for my wrist and easy to manage but slightly short for my neck… But it is still so good I love to touch the strap while I am walking for streetphotography!!

I love this camera strap, and each of my cameras gets it's own! The leather breaks in very nicely and fairly quickly, and becomes super soft and flexible. Looks super classic and, and it's nice and understated. I'm sure I haven't bought my last!

This has been my dream strap for some time and to finally get my hands on it is an amazing feeling! Delivery to Singapore was around 1 week which is really quick! Also it was custom made to a specific length too which is great. Quality is superb, really soft leather and it feels nice. Highly recommend for sure!

I’ve bought two of these straps, one brown and one black. They are well made and straight forward in their design and use. I have some other straps made by Leica and Peak Design, also well made but I like the Clever Supply Co. straps best. Their simplicity, clean appearance and the fact they just do the job works for me.
