Skinny Anchor Strap (Peak Design AL)

For the past year or so, I was switching between the Peak Design lease & Cuff for my black Fuji x100V camera. I wanted a fancier look while retaining the functionality and use of the Peak Design anchors. After watching a review by one of my favorite YouTubers, Benj Haisch. I was instantly sold on the Clever Supply Co neck strap. I received it in about 3 days and instantly fell in love. It is made with rich, soft leather and is equipped with the Peak Design anchors. I may have to sell my other straps cause they'll never be used again. Thank you Clever Supply Co!

Well made and short! it's truly a hybrid of a wrist strap and a neck strap for smaller cameras with primes. When on your neck, it sits right on the sternum, giving you just the right amount of slack to put the viewfinder to your eye. Using the back screen is not possible at that distance, which I don't care about anyway. Four stars for the value, as it's a little bit too pricey.

As advertised, leather is soft.

It is great, but why not an adjustable strap like my old Leica strap from the 80's that this replaced. I find it a bit short.

Great strap. Perfect length for neck strap. Was worried the 1/2” would dig in my neck too much compared to the 3/4 but it seems to be totally fine for 3 or so hour adventures. If i were to shoot all day I may want the 3/4”

These are so beautiful in person and my absolute favorite straps to use. As a wedding photographer, it’s so easy to switch between a strap around the neck to my double camera harness strap with the peak anchor system.

One note for women - I recommend going for a 36” over 28” since that length hits right at my chest and isn’t the MOST comfortable on a long day. Im 5’6 & I like the 36” length to wear front facing or wear cross body. I got the 28” with the intention to layer initially.

Switched from my bulky (Peak) strap to this. Appreciate the simplicity and being able to use Peak anchors. Regrettable I found the unfinished side of the leather to be rough on my neck which worsened when I got some sun. I found that because I tried the product I am unable to return it.

If you saw Peak design anchors this is the product for you. You can use these on all you gear. Highly recommended.

This is a very handsome leather strap that is very well made and has that wonderful leather smell. I ordered the 32" and I feel that it's just a little too short for me. It sits the camera mid-stomach, which is great if you like your camera to be at that level, but it doesn't really allow for cross-body carrying with the camera on your side comfortably. I'm not sure how often I'll use it.

Nicely made, quality leather with Peak Design clips and anchors. The 40” is not too long, so some may wish to go with the other style if you plan on wearing it across your body.

Excellent quality! The strap was shipped within a week of ordering and the packaging was on point. I had been using a custom rope strap from Etsy that was priced similarly. This is much more comfortable the leather is very soft and malleable and suited the look of the camera much better.

Amazing quality and it came with 4 peak designs anchors which I wasn’t expecting but happy to have more to attach to my camera collection. The 28” is great sits nicely on my chest when around my neck and is short enough to twist loop as a wrist strap when shooting stealthy.

So far I’m enjoying the green leather strap utilizing the Peak Design quick release Anchor system and will eventually invest in more options. Will revisit the review after long term use.

This strap is awesome. Premium look and feel with peak design hardware. Everything I was expecting and wanted. Although this is the most popular size I could also see how the longer one would be good too.

This is a really great strap. Beautiful craftmanship, perfect length and the Peak Design anchors mean I can use it on any of my cameras but, currently lives on my X100T.

A lot of leather camera straps come very stiff but these are nicely broken in.

I use this camera strap everyday on my Leica Q2. Amazing quality.
